I know there is power to the heater just need to test the heater to make sure it is working correctly. Thanks for your time.

Cummins uses it instead of glow plugs. The colder the ambient temperature, the less willing your engine will be to start.Not sure if that is necessary but i feel better doing that for the CP3. I just remember to fire it off before the grid heater light goes off. This should abort the grid heater cycle and self test that throws the light. ...
